I, Charles Shih, am the founder and head coach of Faithfit Coaching.

Faithfit was built through lived experiences – not trends or shortcuts. I know what it’s like to struggle with consistency, discipline, and direction, and I also know that long-lasting change doesn’t come from motivation alone. It comes from daily discipline, intentional habits, and a life rooted in purpose and faith.

Can I train from home?

Of course! I can create a gym program or an at-home plan using minimal equipment, so you can train in the way that suits you best.

Faithfiit Coaching goes beyond fitness and nutrition. We take a holistic approach that supports growth in mindset, daily habits, and task prioritization- equipping clients with practical, sustainable strategies they can apply in real life for lasting results.

Training frequency depends on your goals and experience level. For most individuals, an effective range is three to five workouts per week.

Yup! You will get an invite to download a training app that links to my program. It is where I will also be using it to update, monitor, track your progress, keeping you motivated, and accountable.

Absolutely. No matter your dietary restrictions, allergies, or food preferences, I’ll create a personalized meal plan designed for you to enjoy and sustain.

I was coached by Charles for around 3 months and I definitely saw improvements in my time with him. His workout programs can be tailored to your goals and you can always ask him to adjust and modify. He's a chill guy and if I ever have any concerns I can always text him, whether it's stuff related to the program, diet, form, etc. The Workout app is very easy to use and with his oversight I have tracked and seen my progress through the time working with him!
